These Terms & Conditions govern your use of starappliancerepair.ca and the appliance repair services provided by Star Appliance Repair (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or booking a service call, you agree to these terms.

Service Bookings

Bookings made through our website or by phone are confirmed by our team before a technician is dispatched. We aim to provide accurate appointment windows but arrival times can be affected by factors outside our control, such as traffic or the complexity of prior appointments.

Diagnostics & Estimates

A technician will diagnose the issue with your appliance on-site and provide an estimate before proceeding with repair work. Repairs are only carried out with your approval of the estimate.

Warranty

Repairs performed by Star Appliance Repair are backed by our workmanship warranty. Specific warranty terms and duration will be confirmed with you at the time of service and reflected on your invoice. This warranty covers the labour and parts we install; it does not cover unrelated pre-existing conditions or damage occurring after our service is completed.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer the time slot to another customer. Repeated late cancellations may affect future booking priority.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed by our office or technician.

Limitation of Liability

While we take care to perform all repairs professionally, Star Appliance Repair’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for that service, except where limitation is not permitted by law. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions of your appliance or home that are unrelated to the work performed.
