How a repair visit works
- BookOnline in about a minute, or by phone 7 days a week, 6 am to 9 pm. Our office calls you back to confirm a time.
- VisitTechnicians visit Monday to Friday in a morning or afternoon window, with a 20-minute call-ahead if you ask for one.
- Upfront priceThe technician finds the cause and gives you a written price before any work starts. Labour is priced by the job, not by the hour.
- RepairCommon parts travel on the truck. If a part has to be ordered, there’s no second trip charge.
- WarrantyRepairs carry a warranty of up to 12 months on parts and labour, and your invoice is emailed to you.

A member of our office staff calls you back to confirm the appliance, the problem and a time that suits you.
Do you work on weekends?
You can call or book online 7 days a week, 6 am to 9 pm. Technician visits are scheduled Monday to Friday.
How are appointments set?
Visits are booked in a morning or afternoon window. If you like, the technician will call about 20 minutes before arriving, so you're not stuck waiting at home.
Where is your office?
Our office is at 19 Bathurst St, Toronto, ON M5V 0N2. Technicians are dispatched across Toronto and the GTA every weekday, and you can drop off small appliances at the office.
Do you charge for the visit?
The diagnostic is free when you go ahead with the repair, and you get a written price before any work starts. Labour is priced by the job, not by the hour.
