- BookOnline in about a minute, or by phone 7 days a week, 6 am to 10 pm. Our office calls you back to confirm a time.
- VisitTechnicians visit Monday to Friday in a morning or afternoon window, with a 20-minute call-ahead if you ask for one.
- Upfront priceThe technician finds the cause and gives you a written price before any work starts. Labour is priced by the job, not by the hour.
- RepairCommon parts travel on the truck. If a part has to be ordered, there’s no second trip charge.
- WarrantyRepairs carry a warranty of up to 12 months on parts and labour, and your invoice is emailed to you.

No. We're a mobile appliance repair service: technicians drive to homes and businesses across the areas on this page. Meetings at our Toronto office are by arrangement only.
Which days do technicians visit?
Technician visits are scheduled Monday to Friday, in a morning or afternoon window. You can call or book online 7 days a week, 6 am to 10 pm.
Can you come the same day?
Same-day visits are offered whenever possible. They depend on technician availability, parts and your location in the GTA.
Do you repair appliances in condos and businesses?
Yes. We work in houses, condos and townhouses, and we repair commercial refrigeration for restaurants, stores and hotels.
